By accessing or using the Pinnacle Credit Experts platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pinnacle Credit Experts provides credit repair management tools, including dispute letter generation, client management, document upload, and billing features. The Service is intended for authorized credit repair organizations and their representatives.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to overload the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Data Handling

We handle client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of client data complies with applicable laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and data retention guidelines.
